NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN FOR THE 2027 ANNUAL BUDGET HEARING AND NOTICE OF POTENTIAL CHANGE TO DISTRICT WATER RATES: A hearing will be held to accept public input in consideration for adjustment to and approval of the district's 2027 annual budget, fees, rates, tolls, penalties, or charges for water services and mill levy rate at the a regular meeting of the Board of Directors for the East Valley Metropolitan District to be held at 6:00 p.m. on November 16 at 7425 S. Peoria Street, Centennial, CO 80111 (in the Signature Flight Support building 1st floor conference room). A copy of the proposed budget is on file with the District Manager and on this web site on the DOCUMENTS/REPORTS/FORMS page. If you cannot attend, please contact the District Manager (Kyle at 303-877-2063 * evmdmanager@gmail.com) with comments that will be considered at the public hearing.
